We explained about our disappearing traders and he informed us that 2 of the 3 we had dealt with had been fired for improper practices. he told us that he was there specifically to help us and got all our information. We also sent him copies of all our deposits, requests for withdrawals, etc. He said he would check them over and get back to us. It has been almost a month and we have heard nothing. finally got hold of the compliance dept.
again and the woman on the phone said the gentleman had been on holiday and would be back Monday. She would have him call us then. That was 2 Mondays ago and still nothing.

They kept changing account managers. They will get some long trades going, once they expired, account will sit idle. Submit a withdrawal of my funds available to me, bot the bonus, and it was declined. Try contacting them they will not answer the phones, or emails. Try to login to my account and I can8217t login. have made numerous attempts to make contact with this company to get my money back and they are totally unresponsive.

Suddenly I could not access my account. could not reset my password via email.
After a long talk with support I found that they changed my email address. When they corrected that, I could reset my password and when I logged in found that all my funds were placed in 2 trades for the end of the month. informed my account manager but nothing was done.
At the end of the month I found that 1 trade was successful and I only had my original deposit left. did not withdraw it on the Monday, but changed my password to try and secure my account. The next day I could not log in. After a another long call to support I found that all the money in my account was placed in a trade that failed and my account was locked because there was not enough funds in it. In short, I was robbed point blank by trades not made by myself. months ago, I deposited 500 and was happy with the trading platform BUT just I as thought all was well I had traded my account up to 1200 so I thought that was a good time to withdraw my initial deposit of 500 but it was cancelled but the company, so I contacted the company because they had also locked me out my account and when the reset my password and I got access they had placed two trades without my consent of 300 each that were to end at the end of September. called again and they told me to let the the trades run and they would sort it at the end of month and that8217s what I done, come the end of the month I had managed to trade my account up to 2000 and once again I wanted to withdraw my 2000 but It got cancelled again and this time when I managed to get back into my account they had placed 2 trades of 1000 each, I once again went back on the phone to complain and get the trades cancelled they told me they couldn8217t do that, I told them that I never gave permission for all these trades to be placed I just wanted to withdraw my money. and asked to Withdrawal and The order was canceled 8211 who did this 8211 Where is my money 281.
